The management team of e-dispilio.gr responds to all requests in an appropriate manner. In case of an unsatisfactory response, the interested party can appeal to the Ombudsman (https://www.synigoros.gr).

The management team is making continuous efforts to improve and resolve accessibility issues through regular checks using accessibilitychecker.org, the open-source tool Lighthouse, and other available tools. Despite our desire to make all content fully accessible, certain content may not yet be fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards.
